Give me another 20 years and i'll give you a miraculous Russia in return, Putin wowed, when he began his first term as Rusccian president. Since he took his third in 2012, president Putin has remained committed to his administrative program of speeding up national development and reviving Russia's big power position. Procceding from the international and domestic conditions that Russia faces in its effort of national reinvention, this paper eill offer a systematic analysis of the political, economic, foreign and military policies that Russia might unveil and the challenges that Russia is possibly up against, and is a panoramic reference for interpreting Putin's dream of poerful Russia and for keeping the finger on the pulse of Russia's policy
