Russia is of great strategic value to China's overall international strategy in the new era. It is not only a constructive force in the quasi multi polar world, but also China biggest neighbor. Among world major countries, it is the one that shares with China the most similar strategic situation and startegic cocepts, and with the most complementary strategic strengths. China-Russia relations are not only of great strategic value, but also enjoy a sustainably deepening strategic foundation. In that sense, efforts must be made to try to remove stretgic mutual misgivings and strengthen strategic mutual trust, position the relations precisely, establish right strategic goals and better manage the grand China-U.S.-Russia triangle relations so as to achieve multi polar balance
