Maintaining a power balance across the landmass of Eurasia while contending for and controlling geostrategic pivots has always been the core goal of the US, Since the begining of the 21 century, with the rising of China and India, the geographical pivot of history and change of pivot states. The US endeavor to forge global strategic pivots and theitr networking will definitely intensify confrontation in geopolitics, thus impeding global and regional economic cooperation, and forcing the pivot states to change direction on swing from one side to another
